Intrinsic Counseling

{Āyurveda & Astrology}

Initial Session

The initial session usually involves a deep dive into your natal astrological chart (if the information is available ~ if not, we start with Āyurveda). We look at the astrology to identify the psychological, ancestral, and karmic patterns that impact you and the way that you navigate the manifestation so that we can understand what it is that we need to work on, and how we can move through life with more ease. What is it that needs to be released? What should we be building? The initial session is followed by an Āyurvedic Assessment in the first ongoing session, which can be booked weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing Sessions can be booked after the initial session, or for established Āyurveda/Jyotish/former clients.

Sessions can be booked weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

I see most clients for hourly sessions, but sessions can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Rate per Hour $125

Discount Package Rates

Discounts when you book multiple or more sessions up front. Alignment takes time, so I strongly recommend committing to ongoing monthly or bi-weekly sessions if you are interested in receiving all of the benefits that these practices have to offer.

$120 per hour when you book 3-8 sessions

$118 per hour when you book 9-12 sessions

$115 per hour when you book 13 or more sessions

Stand-alone Astrology Sessions

An extensive conversation about your natal chart using Vedic Astrology. These can be scheduled in addition to Āyurveda sessions as well as stand alone sessions, and are typically booked yearly or before any big, potentially life-changing, decision is to be made.

In-depth Natal Reading

Your experience from the perspective of the cosmos. In depth readings go into the different phases of your life to provide an understanding of the patterns at play. We look at the energies of the planets through these phases, essentially from birth, to understand how they can be worked with in the present and coming phases of your life. This is the big picture boiled down to simple and digestible form. We also look into life themes (work, relationships, money, etc) through the divisional charts so that we might be able to assess how current and past energies and configurations might help or hinder momentum in these areas. And, of course, we discuss how to work with the energies at play so that you can navigate these periods with grace and a sense of purpose. It is my hope that clients leave these sessions with a holistic picture of who they are and where they are going in terms of the great cosmic order. I am happy to look into specific questions or areas of life, if asked. If you have questions, please include them on the form.

Astrology Form

Simple Natal Reading

A simplified version of the In-Depth Natal Reading (I do not refer to divisional charts in this reading beyond Navamsha and the D10). Instead, we will cover a general and concise analysis of the planetary energies influencing the various periods of your life leading to today, and will give a general overview of the energies of the coming months/year. We will also discuss how you can work with the planetary energies so that you can navigate the present and the future with grace and a sense of purpose. I am happy to tailor this reading to a specific life area, if asked. If you have questions, please include them on the form.

1-1.5 hours $200

Quick Reading/Prashna

For those who have one or two burning questions that they need answers for. I do not require much advance notice for these readings. If I have availability, I could probably do same day or next day Quick Readings. Fill out the form and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a time.

*Research takes time, so if these forms are not provided in advance, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. I require at least one week for an In-Depth Natal Reading, and three days for an Intrinsic Counseling/Āyurvedic Intake Session.
